Artwork

Colours of Chaos

Acrylic on canvas · 60 × 90 cm

This piece came from a day when nothing felt predictable. I poured without planning, letting the colours crash, merge, and fight for space. The chaos found its own rhythm — wild, messy, and strangely beautiful.

Fractured Light

Acrylic on canvas · 60 × 80 cm

Fractured Light came from a moment of clarity breaking through confusion. I was thinking about how light doesn’t disappear when it’s shattered. It scatters, finding new paths. Each streak of colour is a fragment of hope, refracted through chaos.

Golden Nebula

Acrylic on canvas · 60 × 80 cm

Golden Nebula came from imagining what happens when energy breaks open. The black centre felt like a void, but as the colours spread, it became a doorway instead of an ending. This painting holds that moment when something fractured becomes something luminous.

Heatwave in a Dream

Acrylic on canvas · 60 × 80 cm

I painted this while thinking about how light behaves when life feels heavy. It doesn’t disappear, it seeps through the cracks, glowing softly against the dark. The molten yellows and drifting whites became the warmth I couldn’t find in words. This piece is the quiet moment where darkness softens and light begins to return.

Tidal Whispers

Acrylic on canvas · 60 × 80 cm

I painted this while thinking about the quiet changes we don’t notice until they reshape us. The colours moved like slow‑forming tides, carving their own paths, revealing layers I didn’t know were there. It’s a reminder that transformation can be gentle and still powerful.

Echoes of the inner self

Acrylic on canvas · 60 × 90 cm

This painting was born from the idea of becoming... of shedding what’s heavy and learning to fly. The wings grew from silence, the bird from courage. It’s about the moment you realise freedom isn’t escape, it’s evolution

Verticle Pulse

Acrylic on canvas · 60 × 80 cm

This painting captures a moment of inner shift, colours rising like a quiet pulse. The blues steady the mood, the yellows break through with warmth, and the darker lines hold everything that’s still settling. It’s the feeling of change moving through you before you can name it

The First Step Forward

Acrylic on canvas · 40 × 50 cm

This piece came from a dream of someone moving forward while the world softened behind them. The blue was the calm I was searching for, and the leaves were the small pieces of hope we gather along the way. It became a reminder that even our first steps can be beautiful.

Corner of the Morning

Acrylic on canvas · 40 × 50 cm

I wanted to capture the feeling of standing somewhere familiar, half‑awake, half‑aware. The red felt alive against the quiet wall, a reminder that even the simplest corners hold stories. It’s the calm before movement, the breath before the day begins.

The Red Umbrella

Acrylic on canvas · 60 × 80 cm

I painted this to capture the sound of solitude, the hush between raindrops and reflections. The red coat is not loneliness, but presence. It’s the moment you realise you belong to the rhythm of the city, even when no one sees you.

About

Karen portrait

Art has always been a quiet but meaningful part of my life. What started as a personal way to express emotions gradually grew into a deeper passion for creating through painting and pottery.

Painting allows me to explore colour, movement, and feeling. Each canvas becomes a space where I can translate thoughts and emotions into something visual and tangible. I’m drawn to creating pieces that feel alive — artworks that evoke calm, curiosity, or reflection.

Pottery, on the other hand, grounds me. Working with clay is a slower and more tactile process. Shaping something with my hands reminds me to be present, patient, and connected to the materials I’m working with.

My art is inspired by everyday moments, emotions, and the beauty found in simple things. Every piece I create is unique and carries part of my creative journey. Through my work, I hope to create art that not only decorates a space but also brings warmth, personality, and meaning to the people who live with it.
